the very same customer care philosophy delivered during project installation and completion. Our service and maintenance division is a fast growing side of
the business with many repeat year on year satisfied customers, relying on our heritage and knowledge throughout the industry allowing us to cover not just our own commissioned building management systems but any other systems not completed by us.

Safe and Sound Controls Systems first priority policy is to understand our customers. Working closely in partnership allows us to understand the needs of the customer and the building requirements to satisfy not only the energy consumption but the individual comfort levels for staff and occupants.

The customer receives 100% guaranteed delivery of our maintenance schedule and will receive the full report detailing the visit within 24 hours of our engineer leaving site. Our reporting is extremely proactive so if something is found to be incorrect or faulty on the day this will be relayed to the site team and in most cases be rectified and repaired on the same day saving an unnecessary further visit which of course saves any further costs.
