The customer receives 100% guaranteed delivery of our maintenance schedule and will receive the full report detailing the visit within 24 hours of our engineer leaving site. Our reporting is extremely proactive so if something is found to be incorrect or faulty on the day this will be relayed to the site team and in most cases be rectified and repaired on the same day saving an unnecessary further visit which of course saving any further costs.

Maintenance Services

Such tasks could include monitoring and changing time schedules, set points, and environmental control settings and simple routine maintenance of the computer hardware.
